Despite the COVID-19 pandemic as of right now we are remaining open and at full operations.
We realize that many emergency officials count on us to keep their equipment operating properly so that they can continue to service our community during this time of crisis. Our operations generally can allow us to not have any contact with the consumer. You can wave to us from your home while we go into the garage to replace your parts/garage door. You can call in a credit card to our office if you prefer. We can provide sales estimates over the phone and by email and can stop by to verify information with permission to enter the garage. We are very flexible in how we can take care of your needs.
Our Employees have been briefed on preventative recommendations for COVID-19 as outlined by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure that our employees stay safe and healthy and can continue to service our community. If an employee is not feeling well or has a close family member not feeling well they have been instructed to stay home. Employees have also been instructed of frequent hand washing, covering coughs and sneezes and keeping the 6 foot recommended self distancing.
At this time we are keeping our office and showroom open to the public for walk ins. We do prefer phone calls but if you need to pick something up, we are here for you. Our office will be closed on Saturdays until further notice.
